Dr. Martin Schwegmann has been on site in the BLO studios several times. As studio representative he supports places of artistic production and self-organization in many places in the city. He establishes connections, points out grievances and develops concrete scenarios on how places can be secured, develops instruments of studio support with administration and politics.

The Helmi works continuously for young and old at the “Ballhaus Ost” and in 2007 was part of the production “Faust I & II”, which was invited to the “Berliner Theatertreffen”. In 2019 part of the 3-day opera performance “Tannhäuser” on the grounds of the B.L.O. studios.
